Q:How to place sample/wholesale orders?
1)Dear Sir/Madam, if you are interested in our products, please send me an inquiry. And I will answer you as soon as I received. And I will make a PI for you as soon as possible.
2)For sample orders, the turn around time is 0-2 working days, and the shipping time is 2-3 days.
3)For wholesale orders, ordering the samples first would be great for both of us.
If you've already tried them. Please just tell me the quantity you prefer.
Q:What are the cartridges/batteries OEM options?
1)MOQ: 500/1000pcs or more (More custom cost for 500pcs OEM orders).
2)Color options: Pink/Purple/Green/Blue/White/Black etc(silk print) Gold/Rose Gold/Gun/Silver, etc(electroplated).
3)Place on the cartridge for the logo: Mouthpiece/glass(plastic) tube/heating base.
4)Place on the battery for the logo: Body, bottom cap.
5)Different light colors are available.
6)Craft: Silk print/Laser/Engrave,etc.
7)If you don't want to order that much yet, that won't be a problem. But the cost for OEM will be higher if the quantity doesn't reach 1000.
Q:Do you custom packagings and what are the options?
1)MOQ: 1000pcs, sample order can be less quantity.
2)Packaging materials: Paper box packaging/Lid and case packaging/Blister packaging.
3)Craft: Gold stamp/UV vanish/Embossing/Debossing/Matt lamination/Glossy lamination, etc.
4)If you already got a box design, that would be awesome, and if u don't, we can design it freely for you.
5)Original packaging: Poly foam box/tube packaging.
